Frank Hubach Associates, Inc (FHA) is an engineering consulting firm providing testing, design and consultation services in acoustics, vibration, finite element analysis, and personal computers. 

FHA was  founded in 1984 and is located in Richmond, California.

FHA utilizes a team approach, employing a balance between theory and experience.   This approach results in high quality, fast service.  Our goal is to fulfill client requirements in a cost-effective manner within the constraints of the budget, schedule and technology of the project.

Our Services

FHA maintains a laboratory equipped with a full complement of Brüel & Kjær test and analysis instrumentation.  Testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards and a substantial amount of time is invested in developing specialized test and analysis methodologies.

FHA adopts a six phase project approach for major projects:

        Phase A - Preliminary Testing
        Phase B -  Design
        Phase C - Construction Administration
        Phase D - Performance Verification Testing
        Phase E -  Owner's Equipment
        Phase N - Environmental Noise - Testing and Design
